Dr. Marc H. Siegel is developing a comprehensive risk-based management system standard in cooperation with universities in Ukraine and Moldova. The concept transforms the PDCA approach from a mainly tactical process into a combined strategic and tactical management framework.

By integrating governance, compliance, resilience, and risk management into one enterprise-wide approach, the model offers an alternative to the often siloed structure of existing ISO-based standards. At the Round Table, Dr. Siegel will introduce this concept and discuss its relevance for institutions operating in complex and uncertain environments.
